The company is really poor at communication. After we have paid for the repair parts and fees for nearly 10days, nobody has reached us to inform us the schedule. I have called the office for several days, only addressed by answering machine.

My washer stopped working so I researched a couple repair shops and decided to choose this company. Sergei was professional and able to diagnose the issue and fix on the spot. It was a sock that blocked the outlet would definitely call them for future repairs.
