The experience was great. The two men who showed up, (on time) were clean in the company uniform, professional and courteous.
I asked additional questions about future pick-ups and they answered all my questions then gave me a very reasonable quote. I recommend this company to anyone who needs the service.

Hiring 911Junk was one of best decisions I’ve ever made. We had let a bunch of junk pile up in our backyard, to the point where we weren’t sure how we were going to deal with it. I started looking into options and everything was so expensive. The cheapest option was to rent a dumpster and do all the work ourselves. 911Junk was cheaper than that! They gave us an extremely fair price, did all the work, and were so nice. I had requested the quote and they were here within a couple of hours. Gave me the price and then got to work. It took them 30 minutes or so, and then it was done. All that crap gone and I got my backyard back. If I ever need this kind of service again, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Both Roger and James were absolutely wonderful and professional while rendering their services for my mother and I, and we are now done with our storage garage entirely. Exceedingly courteous and unfailingly polite the entire time, Roger was funny and amicable while working diligently, and James was the embodiment of kindness while staging and positioning the items we wished to be rid of. When using 911 Junk CA, please Please PLEASE ask for Roger and James if you're the Los Angeles/Long Beach area, you will NOT regret their company!
