Oh, where do I start...I LOVE the entire 9Rounds experience! The fact that it’s only 30 minutes yet high intensity that incorporates both cardio and strength training is what got me hooked to begin with. That combined with excellent trainers that are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging is what keeps me coming back. I’ve been a member for 8 months, have lost 45 pounds (have a few more to go) and am feeling stronger and healthier than ever. I love that the routine always changes and will never join another gym again.

The best part is getting a full-body workout at whatever level I choose in just 30 minutes. But it's hard to choose just one "best" part of the experience. The trainers are kind, fun, helpful and encouraging, it's fun to challenge myself and I was surprised how much stress release I get from punching and kicking the bags. I am stronger without bulking up, and my skin looks better for getting a good sweat or glow on. Being able to drop in at a convenient time without having to wait for a class to start is really helpful since I work full-time and have kids at home. It's all a 10!

I love 9ROUND! It’s a complete full body workout in 30 minutes. When I finish a session I feel a real sense of accomplishment. It’s efficient, fun and fast. Everything a workout should be. The trainers at 9ROUND are a great crew. I love walking in and having them greet me by name with genuine enthusiasm. I can’t say enough nice things about this place!
