Went to do a few loads and my 6 year old son had to go to the potty. I just saw the worker lock the bathroom door when i called out to her, she said it was for customers only. I said i am a customer and he has to go real bad, by this time he was trying to hold it but had crossed legs... i said to her to unlock the door or hes going to pee on the floor. She then said she didn't have the key (lie) she pointed to the owner inside the office door who was on the phone and waved me off. By this time my poor son was crying and lost it on the floor. The owner continued to ignore me and would not even look me in the face although i repeatedly asked are you the owner and are you ignoring me? As i had no other option at the time and my son covered in urine, i had to use his machines to get my son cleaned up and left. The machines work good but the people do not. After they saw me loading the dirty clothes in the wash, the owner came over and said we could use the bathroom. No apology to me or my son, no concern for his embarressment. So machines work, but the staff is useless and cold.

Restrooms at Coin Laundry facilities are mandatory. This one was the kill kill kill!!!

Don't go to this laundry. Manager closes earlier than stated and will have people threatening to beat you up. Would never come here.
