This is the 3rd time we've hired this company to service or repair our garage doors. The last two times a tech named Kyle came out. He is friendly, very efficient and very informative. The last time he gave me detailed instructions on how to grease the door opener chains and other components to keep them running smoothly and give them a long life. This time he was here to replace both garage doors since I had smooshed one with the rear end of my car. Huge helpful hint: when backing the car out of the garage, make sure you check to make sure you didn't accidentally press the button on the remote to close the door. I unknowingly pressed it while futzing around with the in-dash CD player while backing the car out. The music was too loud to hear the door closing. Oops. But Kyle was out here quickly for the original estimate. We chose to use doors already in stock for the replacement otherwise it was going to be 6 weeks for new doors to arrive if we ordered them from their catalog. These are plain white T's doors without the fancy boxes in the original doors. That's why we ordered two doors so they would both match. Within a few days Kyle was back with the doors and installation only took a couple of hours or so. He also lubed the moving parts! And did I say the guy's really friendly. He also kept his face mask on all the time and he made sure he was standing on the ground several feet away from our front porch when talking to me. In the garage we both maintained social distancing. The cost of the work was very fair considering it was my Oops. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for garage door service and repair.
