My freezer stopped working. I am willing to try DIY jobs to save money and he helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone and sold me the part to fix it myself. He was extremely knowledgeable about this stuff and his diagnosis was right on. It was a simple job and I was happy he took the time to patiently answer my multiple questions so I could install the part myself and save a bunch. He did not try to score an expensive house call for my simple problem but worked with me to my benefit. Because of that I feel I can trust him and will call him for all my future appliance repair needs.
