Not impressed. I’ve had previous issues with going here because they had my stuff for 3 whole months before I decided to go get it and was met with attitude. I tried them this past week and sent my fiancé to pick them up. And I was charged an extra $12.50 to replace my ceramic blades piece. I totally get if my ceramic blade isn’t good and was expecting a head up not an up charge of $12.50 to replace the blade. Especially considering he charged me $8 to sharpen and $12.50 to replace even tho I could buy a new blade for that much. Any kind of up charges I should be notified beforehand. Jokes on me for trying this place again. Also considering that this new piece used to cost $9 and now it’s $12.50. I am just not happy with not being notified as I would’ve just said not to bother I’ll get a new blade. It’s ceramic anyways so I know it’s not made to last. I will say he does a great job sharpening shears. But lately my blades both ceramic and other tend to pull pretty fast. Just overall disappointed.
