Incredibly responsive customer service. Called for a new garage door spring and an appointment was set for later that day. Spring was replaced quickly and expertly, and the door lifts stronger and quieter than ever. 100% recommended.

A-1 Stop Garage Door, well done!! Not only did A-1 Stop Garage Door fix the problem, two torsion springs and a new complete trolley system, but, gave me tips on what to look for and how to maintain my garage door system!! Did I tell you they honor all Veterans! I am a 100 percent disabled Army Veteran, they gave me a great discount and took extra time to explain work and warranties. The two young men who came to repair my garage door were efficient and professional, but also warm and kind. They explained what they were doing as they proceeded, and told me and showed me right away why the door wasn't closing properly. There was a warranty on the work they did and the garage door opened and closed properly and smoothly when they were finished. There were no more suspicious noises coming from the assembly. Also, I can once again get the door to open before I even drive into the driveway. I'm so pleased!
