Applying here was an utter waste of time. I clearly have ALL requirements and still was robbed of my $35 fee + waited an entire week with no response. I had to call THEM to be told I was denied, with no real reason other than they will "send a copy of my credit report" which I had before applying. I know EXACTLY what my score is and will be reporting this company to the BBB, athe 3 credit Bureaus, as well as my Credit Union to get my funds returned an inquiry removed.

I am expressing my up scale opinion about A Better Property Management. They have made it very possible for me to find my dream apartment, with great satisfaction, as well as dealing with a professional team that guides you in excellent service. 5 star across the board for them.

Worst apartment I have been in. Deposit was 1200. Stayed there for only two months. Apartment was suppose to go with a garage but they did not give me keys for the garage till the first week of the second month and I was not even compensated for it. Also the garage was a mess. That same week I put in my 30 days notice. They took half of my deposit for unnecessary fees. This will be the first and last time I rent from this company. When In complained they said they had to do touch up paint in one of the rooms(which I never slept in). They will deliberately try to take you deposit no matter what. Also since I was coming from out of state they added $200 extra on the deposit.
