Dwight, the owner is the absolute coolest, a real quality person and you can tell that he really cares about his customers and caters to them with superb service and well groomed storage facility. This place is brand spank'n new and has only been open for a few weeks. It has that new car smell. Just kidding, but it sure looks like it should. Hands down, this is the best storage facility I have ever been to. It is top-of-the-line, but has bargain prices. The facilities are very clean, bright and heated and heavy security cameras throughout. Plus, as part of their services, you'll receive a brand-new and free, massive heavy-duty lock for your storage unit with 3 new keys and much better than any lock you'll find at the hardware store. it just keeps getting better and better. They also have these super cool adjustable dollies/appliance carts that you get to use to move your stuff around, but you have to ask the owner to set one aside for you in advance, as they are not just laying around everywhere. My friend called them Transforma-Cart. Not only is he super professional and a very nice guy, but he is always available. When calling other places in the area, like a lot of them don't answer or will call you back several days later you get a call at all. Dwight usually answers the phone within the 1st couple rings. Anyway, I would recommend this place more than any other storage facility in fr out town.

Professionally run with a friendly atmosphere. Dwight went above and beyond the call of duty meeting us after hours on a Saturday with VERY short notice! Great guy and he saved the day in the middle of a stressful relocation of my whole family. The place is loaded with security and seems brand new! I highly recommend A Better Solution Storage!

Just rented 2 units. Dwight is such a personable and pleasant man. I needed a 10x20 but they didn't have any available so he gave me 2 10x10s discounted the price and I'm actually getting the storage size I need AND SAVING money.
The contract is actually 1 page, not 24+ like the other place I had to rent from, and I actually got a real printed copy of the contract, again not like the other place which is all done via email. My bill due date is one month from the date I rented, not pro-rated like the other place AND they include the locks at no additional cost.
The units are super clean, easy access even for bigger vehicles coming and going and the security is tight tight tight. I feel very confident and secure and Dwight made feel more like a friend than a customer for sure 👍 💯 👌
