The worst customer service experience since relocating to the west coast. I dropped off a 2 piece Ann Taylor navy blue business suit on 11/27/21 at 2:03pm.. I filled out the pamphlet for delivery. I expressed delivery was important because I would be under going a facelift on 11/29/2021. I was told the suit would be delivered to my address On 12/02/21. it never was delivered nor was there a delivery call because I had 24 hour nurses in home caring for me as well as receiving my deliveries. called the cleaners on 12/4/21 and provided both the receipt number and my phone number, it took the foreign lady over 20 minutes to find my suit. I ended up having to go back into the wilshire location and pick the suit up in person on 12/5/21!!!!! That foreign lady went out of her way to smirk and provide the worst customer service experience ever. Not to mention a charge for a delivery fee that never was attempted. I live at 4th & California in Santa Monica with a $600 Ann Taylor suit. The only other reason she could have treated me so badly was the fact I am black!!!! I strongly recommend using any other cleaning company in Santa Monica. To add insult to injury the cleaning was not the best either. #New.2.Cali Natasha R. voted for your review
