Almost uniformly awful military moving proces with this origin servicer.
Failed to show without notice on initial packing day then told me at 0930 on second (now only) packing day that they were also loading my stuff away the same day despite scheduled load out being 3 days later.
Following this expedited load out, my HHG have been sitting in a warehouse for over a month. They have repeatedly told me and my TSP they will have my possessions ready for hauling on a specific date which passes without that happening.
The gentlemen who packed my household goods were very friendly but they can’t save a company that has deprived me of my possessions for weeks and weeks without any honest indication of when they will be able to be on their way to my new residence.
I'd like to start out by saying as a military family, we have had the pleasure of having moved previously. This company is BY FAR the worst experience we have had. There was a serious lack of care for our belongings. To start, there was absolutely zero detail with regards to inventory with no distinction made for higher value items. Instead, items were carelessly strewn together and grouped by "nightstand items" or "master bedroom" etc. To add insult to injury, often times the labels did not match the contents of a box. Almost every large furniture item was improperly packaged and damage was evident on just about everything, but the biggest issue was the loss of 2 irreplaceable items: my West Point class ring and the watch my wife got for me as a graduation gift. I know for an absolute fact they were in my nightstand, and EVERY item (to include empty boxes) from the nightstand was delivered except for those 2 items.
I am currently working through the claims process and WILL be posting an update to this review once complete.
