Very poor customer service from the tall fellow with the long hair. I'm an existing customer mind you. Went in for an upgrade and he says particular phone I want is available and this is what I need to pay and such. Runs my credit again and then tells me they just so happened to run out of stock and that I can preorder. Wth. All that just so they can run your info again and tell you it's not available all of a sudden. So I begin to ask questions and apparently he doesn't like to be asked why he misleads customers just to try to make a sale. I don't mind pre ordering but don't tell me it's available and then waste my time with all the paperwork and then tell me at the last moment the phone is not in stock after you tell me it's there. So now he's glaring at me and giving me quick snarky answers. Let me just say. No skills whatsoever in handling a customer that he just lied to. Good day sir. Oh yeah. On top I find out they create false accounts under your name as well. Including email accounts you don't have access to. Don't believe me. Sign up with them and then call T-Mobile. T-Mobile was trying to send me emails for weeks and I wasn't receiving them. Dug in further and come to find out AG had set up an email address under the account I ever knew about and T-Mobile was sending my return emails to that address. Unbelievable. They also setup an authorized user for the account which was no one in my family.
