I have been going to AHB for several years. I have structural problems/issues and Alicia has had the patience to deal with my issues and come up with a plan that works. She is knowledgeable and patient and makes the struggles fun. I would strongly recommend AHB if you want to develop a work out plan that will actually work.

Anytime anyone on the South Shore is looking for a place to work out, I ALWAYS recommend AHB. It's welcoming, unpretentious, and non intimidating. Semi-private training is the BEST. Takes the guesswork out of working out, and the accountability factor has meant I've been more consistent with my training than ever before. Everyone who goes there is super nice and friendly.

I started my wellness journey with A Healthy Balance in April 2023. Alicia was very understanding during my consult. We developed a plan and I stayed faithful to it. I receive nutrition consults with Jumana, which have put things in perspective and brings me back on track when I overthink or become too critical of myself. The fitness instructors have been awesome. Anything in life is what you make of it, you get out what you give
