The worst customer service I ever met. They don’t help the customer. One of staffs is very rude and not professional. Their policy is unreasonable. For example, even if you give them a week heads up to reschedule a class because unexpected event,they rejected to reschedule or make up the missed class.

Rude staffs and chaos management. They pointed the customer to different people and everyone said that he/she can’t solve the problem . Then pointed me to someone else and said another people needs couple of days to response. It is their strategy to solve customer issues by shirking responsibility to others. And hope the customer to give up after the frustrated experiences.
