Very thoughtful professional businessman. I called for septic inspection for a house that I buy just in escrow. For septic tank, the company primarily does installation and pumping services but not inspection. Eric referred me to a good local septic inspector and also gave me all good information around real estate transaction process. His saying "you may jump the gun too soon" saved me hundred of dollars. Very knowledgeable and honest.
