‼️REPLY TO OWNER: “Leti, I DO NOT have a vehicle belonging to you.. While every shop intown is behind, due to Parts Manufacturing Delay which is out of everyone's control I still DO NOT have vehicle that belongs to you.”‼️
The truck belongs to my husband, it is our company vehicle, which you are aware of as I have been in the office in-person and it was made clear back in April that this was our company vehicle. I was in tears telling this rude older lady that we need that vehicle back, as it is creating hardship to our business to have to pay for a vehicle sitting in your shop… and all I got in return was a condescending “Okay” with an eye roll from this lady. So therefore, “WE” are waiting, don’t play smart with me… you know exactly what vehicle I am referring to. Funny how my husband went in today and this rude older lady immediately attacked him, stating he knew this and that… when in fact, we did not know anything! Rude, unprofessional, lack of communication especially on that females part. Also asking my husband to have me remove the review, I will not remove the review or stop reviewing until WE get our vehicle back in mint condition because it’s been there long enough to be completely rebuilt. Also I don’t care how many people are behind on vehicles or shortages that still does not excuse the rude unprofessional behavior and attitude. Get that lady some customer service training and better skills, keep her in check. Word of advice from a fellow business: communication is key and goes a long way. Check in with every delayed customer at least twice a month with progress or something, whether that be via call, text or email. Us driving by for weeks with our vehicle in the same exact state, in the same location with no communication.. looks like nothing is getting done to me. I’ll consider removing the reviews when our vehicle is complete and again mint condition for the inconvenience and delay.
⚠️ INSURANCE COMPANIES & CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! We’ve been waiting over 9 months for our vehicle. Every time we go in or call in to inquire about our vehicle they are extremely rude and unprofessional. We started checking in around the 5 month mark, we keep getting told two more weeks but obviously 9+ months later still only halfway done with our vehicle. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but at this point I’m beyond fed up.
