I would give them a zero star if possible. When I booked an order over the phone, they gave me a price. After they arrived, they said they couldn’t provide the service I ordered, and they want to charge me more than four times of what I ordered. We told the person that we don’t want the service and he still lingered for awhile, trying to negotiate the price with us. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, and I don’t understand how they get all five stars on google. Please avoid such a scam!

A & Q Carpets did an incredible job cleaning our carpets from pet odor and heavy stains. They look like new. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
