I had an amazing experience today while purchasing new living room set. Adam helped us with everything including all our questions and had a lot of patience. I was greeted very friendly when entering bit was not followed or pushed into anything. Excellent selection and amazing customer service from Adam.

We stumbled upon A Royal Suite in early spring just after we started our home renovation, we were looking for a larger sectional couch to finish off our living room, Izzy was so helpful and friendly. We weren’t 100% ready to buy at the time and decided to keep browsing. After looking in many stores we drove from Santa Barbara to work with Izzy, nobody else could compare to his level of customer service! He remembered us from 6 months ago, and was so helpful and patient while we selected cushions type, fabrics and colors for our couch. You won’t feel like you’re working with a sales person, and Izzy will make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of the whole way through the process. The added bonus our couch is being made in the USA, California specifically. You won’t regret working with A Royal Suite, the selection is vast and Izzy along with his coworkers are great people!

My partner and I got a whole list of different items from A Royal Suite. Everyone who works there is very professional and extremely patient, which is important when you have to pick colors for a couch, the sizes, etc. They even went online with me to show me what other furniture they could get shipped in so we were happy. Everything we got is great quality and very comfortable for a great price. Highly recommend.
