A Step Above really should be called 5 Steps Above! They are awesome. I called yesterday as a new customer and spoke with Tania in the office. She could not have been any sweeter, caring, accommodating and helpful, and she was able to get a technician scheduled for us first thing this morning! Robert, the technician, showed up on time, was communicative prior to his arrival, and was such a wonderful guy. He took great care to focus on the areas that we’ve seen issues in the past, was very professional, and is genuinely a really nice and caring person. I couldn’t be any happier with my choice to contact A Step Above, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
