A mess of a business. Owner is overall rude and unprofessional. Hard to get ahold of. The only way to pay is in person, when and if he decides he is going to be there (he is conveniently always busy end of last month through the sixth), or you can mail a check or money order. When it’s his fault he wouldn’t meet you at the unit before the 5th so you could make your payment on time, you still get a late fee. When moving out all of my stuff a lot of it was molded and their was clear evidence of mice.
