We were very impressed with Conner! Extremely nice and personable. He took alot of time with us setting up our phones for us, explained every aspect of our new unit. Unit is so very quiet! Our other one had a chain (extremely noisy) but our new one Conner installed is awesome and wonderful! We need to let everyone know, if you need an upgraded garage door unit, you need to call A-1 and request Conner! Thank you Conner for everything and I hope you enjoyed your blueberry pancakes and bacon! Yes I always need to feed people! Very happy customers!

This has been the most frustrating experience. Paid $9K for a new garage door in 2022 from them. First issue, they shipped a panel with the window on the wrong side of the door, so my house looked ridiculous for a month. They fixed that and gave me a small discount. Since then, we have had at least 4 service calls for various things. Today, a bolt snapped on the track, and my door can't shut. They used COMPOSITE bolts, not even steel. It's a wonder it hasn't snapped before. They can't get anyone out till SUNDAY. So my house security is partially compromised unless we figure it out ourselves, and there's nothing they can do. My old door had nothing wrong with it, I just wanted a new wifi opener, but the tech convinced me to buy a new door. Oh, and there's a $59 trip charge when they need to come fix THEIR WORK because the warranty they offer only covers parts. A less than 2 year old door should never have this many issues.
I don't know how they have so many positive reviews. I will be making a BBB complaint as well. Waste of time and money that I will never get back. Please go elsewhere. Even if they rectify this issue, I will never buy another door from them.
