So I can came here for the extra large dryers, they were all out of service. The attendant didn't mention this when I arrived and specified my interest in these particular dryers. So I was peeved not to mention the horrendous odor of mold and decay. Absolutely filthy. She only began cleaning the overflowing garbage cans as the place was closing. The bathroom made me retch I took a pass. New owners not interested in serving this low income community, just collecting revenue. A word to you, fix your machines and clean the place up, once in a while. New owners: it was never this bad, till you took over.

Really liked this place at first. Close to my house, nice employees, very reasonable wash and fold prices, plus dry cleaning services. Things really have gone downhill in the last few months. The lady who works there most often is pretty rude and clueless about what to do when there’s a complaint. A skirt I had dry cleaned was clearly not cleaned and made me pay for it anyway, a few items of clothing have gone missing during wash and fold, and now they’ve done away with dry cleaning altogether. Oh and also no more credit cards. Sign says new management, but if that’s the case old management was much better.

Literally the best laundromat in Oakland. Prices are ridiculously good. Place is clean as a whistle, and they take really good care of the equipment and keep the change machine working and available unlike SOME laundromats in the area.
