When the service person arrived I specifically told him what I wanted done. He Quoted me a price...I had him negotiate with his office, we agreed on a price for work to be done. He did not finish the job. And still charged the agreed price, his excuse was he was going to do the added work for Free? THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT REPUTABLE....TOO MANY EXCUSES...
