A7 did the SB326 inspections at our community. If this is what NON INVASIVE inspections reveal then there is a problem with how it should probably be done. No report was made to the local building department as to safety being a factor. Disappointed with inspection and lack of transparency of report.

I'm a Community Manager for several HOAs, and A7 Group recently inspected one of my larger communities to help them comply with SB 326. They were extremely professional with excellent communication and a very detailed report when all was said and done. Highly recommend.
