This was a blatant example of taking advantage of age. My 84 year old mother was taken in by the customer service which was simply a cover up for knowledge and skill. The repairman; Marvin did not fix her machine and would not do what she asked him to do when he was there to prove that the machine was fixed. He came out at no charge the second time but still would not test the machine with clothes in it and said it was fixed. The wash machine works when there were no clothes in it but stalls on the drain and spin cycle if there are no more than a few items of clothing in it. The repairman refused to test the machine with clothes in it. It continues to stall with clothes on the drain and spin cycle and my mother has to pay them again if she wants them to come out to try and fix it again. This is outright thievery and I am reporting this company to The Better Business Bureau..
