Total Jerk on the Phone, Very Rude and Unprofessional. Stay AWAY from this place. Don't know why if at all they would get any business. They don't go to Daly City EVEN. It's only 10 minutes away!!! Pathetic!!!!

BEWARE use this guy at your own risk! I am bewildered by the good reviews I’ve read...he must have a twin! Nick the owner / technician doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star with what I experience with him today. First when I scheduled this appointment he just told me 10 am and failed to tell me the 1 or 2 hour window. So after waiting for him I called at 11am he replied rudely he’ll come in 20 to 30 minutes. When he finally arrived I told about the 4 appliances that needed repair, in which he responded that he’s suppose to only repair the dryer. He angrily went ahead and looked at the oven, dishwasher, dryer and refuse to look at the washer stating that he doesn’t fix washers. He then walked away and said he wasn’t going to fix anything and demanded I call AHS. The entire time, he was sarcastic and rude when he spoke, with an attitude. His demeanor is of one that didn’t want to fix or move anything, he just stared at the appliances and barely touched it. He marched around the house with displeasure. I had to finally tell him of my own displeasure with his behavior, rudeness and attitude and asked him to leave my home. I then called my insurance company AHS to complain and found out that he owns this company and is the only employee. It’s disturbing that there has been several complains about him.. so go figure why keep using him?
