Real waste of time. Called for information fight..hotel. When did get call back several days later told need money upfront to review flights. Told probably get better deal on hotel booking direct. In short...why use a travel agent? Especially AAA

Stopped in for an IDP. Signs weren't clear, form was outdated, and the staff member was both rude and racist. I understand they're understaffed, but that's not the customers' problem. It's no surprise this location is closing, when the experience is this poor.
