We had an appointment to plan a trip. Was helped with hotels but very disappointed with the fact that they have absolutely NO tourist information or suggestions. They have NO brocures of any kind. We were told to go online to search for touresty stuff. Although the lady who helped us greatly lacked information, she was very warm and friendly.

AAA is a scam. They assured us we could tow our car again after our initial breakdown, once it passes the 5 day 5 mile mark or we would have towed to my FIL's which is where we were going in the first place. They won't re-tow it to a residence, fine. But they won't even tow it again to a mechanic. Poor customer service that just upsells you service that we weren't clearly going to use after our initial tow. The only reason we got a more premium service was to tow our car further away in the first place. Will not renew or get AAA ever again.
