Great service overall. Customer service was amazing from the very beginning and all the way through! Karen and Dennis are super nice and welcoming, they are also willing to help with any questions or concerns. The storage unit felt very secured and safe for keeping my items and whenever I visited. Highly recommend!

I rented a trailer to use for moving. The owners went above and beyond to help me get the trailer working with my truck. The trailer was not the issue, it was my truck and the wiring to the receiver. They helped me check fuses and troubleshoot the issue. I appreciated the help and don't know what i would have done without them.
