I have been working for this agency since 1990 off and on. They have always been very helpful and fair. The staff is very friendly and never been rude. This agency is nice to work for. They treat people with respect and try their hardest to accommodate everyone’s needs. I strongly recommend them.

This was my first time working for a agency like this and I didn’t realize they act like they own you.
They call non stop on your days off and if they can’t get a hold of you the hotel front desk will just come inn your room. They don’t care if your sick or tired you are just a body to them.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Aaco has the worst communication, half the time they don’t know the schedule themselves. You have to beg and beg them to even email you your schedule. They don’t care about your health, if you’re sick they will force you to go in or threaten your job. You’re just a body there to make money for them. If you’re thinking about this job, don’t. Trust me, you’ll be better off without the drama and stress aaco brings to your life.
