I can’t express my frustration enough with these guys. I Paid $2,900 for a clutch replacement, and they failed to assemble the car properly after the installation. First issue was we noticed on the way home the alignment was messed up (this is normal for my car when the transmission gets removed, they have to remove certain parts that belong to the suspension). They don’t perform alignments so I had to pay an additional $125 at Les Schwab to fix it. Considering the amount of money I paid them they should have had professional alignment equipment. The guy on the phone said they marked all threaded suspension components with a marker to make sure it’s back to where it is. (This will only get you close, but you will still need a professional alignment). After noticing the alignment we wondered what else they did half asked, and found the wheel well liner clips and bolts were missing, damaged, not installed properly. Went to autozone and had to fix that. Then we noticed a clunking sound coming from the passenger side. Upon me removing the tire to diagnose the issue I found they didn’t even tighten the sway bar linkage. The threads on the sway-bar linkage were completely stripped from it sliding back and forth every time we hit a bump. Cost an additional $65 dollars for the replacement of the sway-bar linkage. When I called to complain and give them feedback back the gentleman that answered the phone was rude and maintained a defensive attitude. I was met with a whole lot of excuses and not one of them was to make this right. 1/10 don’t recommend if I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the only things we have noticed so far. Who is to tell if something more major with the transmission wasn’t installed properly. DO NOT GO HERE!
