Excellent service and prices. The staff was very friendly. I have to admit, when my mom passed, I was completely lost and unsure what to do, but Hilda V. was compassionate and made the process easy for me and my family. I would definitely recommend this place.

Used this funeral home a year ago when I lost my uncle and I loved the service and attention I received from the staff at such a rough time in my life, but recently I had another death in my family and of course this was the first place I thought to call to make arrangements for my grandfather. I was very disappointed at the way I was spoken to over the phone by a lady named Laura. She insisted I make an appointment to go in that same day and really never gave me the opportunity to say much. She came off really pushy and bitchy as if I was bothering her which is not the way to speak to someone who just lost their loved one. I am a nurse and deal with death daily. Never in my life would I imagine being so cold to a family who has lost a loved one. I was devastated. The next day I decided to go ahead and go in without an appointment, trying to avoid that rude lady over the phone, and was greeted by a sweet gal Grace. She sat me in a room and later came Lewis who did explain to me that the place was under new ownership. Lewis was great and down to earth and told me Brian the manager that assisted me last year was no longer with the company which was sad news to hear. Lewis provided the information I needed, but decided that night I would not continue to use this funeral home from here on, and went somewhere else for my grandfathers funeral service. If the new owners are turning this place into a cold corporate society, then my business is not welcomed here. In all I was heartbroken this family run business has turned to the worst.

Communication was on the phone. All staff answering phone was very personable. Brittany Knuff was the main person I would talk with. She was very efficient, calling back right away when I left messages. Thank you again for your time, cooperation and concern. Tracy B.
