Caleb is great! Unfortunately Jeremy is not. Called to talk to Caleb was notified he was on lunch and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I preceeded to ask if I could leave kind of a lengthy one and was told quite curtly I could only leave a number and Caleb would call me. I work and can't just answer my phone when ever I want so this answer is quite inconvenient.

Awesome customer service n communication. Product was better than described. I have purchased many items thru them. Would refer anyone to them. Could give 10 stars if I could. .....

Due to a little confusion after the relocation, I have to admit I was a little mad, but in truth it was not the fault of the store. The new Manager Shane bent over backwards and drove out of his way to make sure my son was fully accommodated he went beyond all expectations and I got to admit, he brings a much better tone to the whole store. In the past we had some unpleasant experiences with old employees but Bri and Shane and the new ones really this time surprised me fully by their extreme efforts to make things right. I also thank the owner so much for really making things perfect for my holidays. I got to admit the past 4 years dealing with Aarons, I finally feel the best staff is now there.
