Aarons double charged me on my payment. Auto pay didny go thru so I paid thru their site then the next day they charged me again through auto pay. When I contacted them they just kept saying the samething over and over. If you dont cancel auto pay and paid manually they will still charge thru auto pay.

We came in on April 12th to rent some dressers. We were expecting a baby by the 16th so we were told they would be there by the 21st of April. We never heard anything back from them. So we called they Couldn't find us in the system even though we left a payment. We were just going to go elsewhere and get our money back, but then we were told that our stuff would be there soon from the warehouse. So again we gave them another chance. They called us on friday saying we had to do another form before delivery. Then we were told today that we didn't qualify. Why weren't told that in the first place? We could have gone to another place. Its been almost a month. Then we spoke to the manager and all she had were excuses. Very unorganized and messy, just overall would not recommend.

I would give more than one way back in the day with the different owners of our Aarons but every since that change I have had nothing but problems. Money being returned cause "they say my bank asked for it back" yet I still haven't received that money that "my bank" asked for. Then I still have to pay it back
