I have always had good luck with Kayla and jenn in the 2 years I’ve been paying for my furniture. However there is one guy that works there that is always rude and not very helpful. For instance I have payed my bill every 2 weeks for a month on the couches and then the next 2 weeks I pay a month for the fridge. When I went in today to pay today, this one guy was there and did not listen to me when I explained this to him which he already knows this and refuses to help me. It’s very frustrating to deal with this when I have been a customer for 2 years. No one else has this issue with me.

Everyone here is awesome! They got me a washer and dryer very quick and installed it without a problem. The hookups were in a weird spot but that was no issue for them. Extremely professional and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this location.

They could have been more on top of the ball with us seeing if we had any interest but all in all better experience than rent a center taking pictures of us because we were looking through the window at couches!
