I recently ordered a sectional sofa, got delivered today and I got home from work to inspect it as anyone should if you are paying almost 2 thousand on a set. The chair had a tear in the arm, the leg is bent back and was assembled wrong. The sofa had 4 sharp nails poking out just under the cushion a hazard for my kids, imagine having to go to the ER for stitches. Called and spoke to Fred he said it was a “manufacture error and it’s not going to be 100 percent” the Velcro to keep the cushion from sliding we’re not aligned so they did not grab. Very rude customer service after I emailed him pictures of the product. Horrible, if you order from them please check your furniture for sharp nails that was my main concern and tears, don’t waste your hard earned money on not good product.

To the manager who wasn't in yet: YOUR OFFICE LOST A SALE AND YOUR STAFF DIDNT CARE. I didn't go back because the customer service was HORRIBLE. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING. I asked for a certain product and the woman there said it was out of stock. Okay cool, no problem. What started to bother me and my boyfriend was that your staff was shooing us away with application in our hands to come back later. We had questions about the product and your staff was just okay with "i dont know, you can come back later when the manager is here" I also was by the counter filling out the application and a male moving product was basically telling me to get out of the way. Then told me to move over so he can get by. His tone bothered me and eventually I just decided to throw away the application and not come back. If this is how your store is being managed when you're away I'm positive I am not the first customer to decide to go to another competitor Who actually had a very helpful staff without the managers supervision. Retrain your whole staff to actually care about their job and your store's business.
