This has been the worst place to deal with, first we we're promised a love seat that appereappa they could never get. Yes for a year we waited to get the promised item and every call we were told it would be on the next oreder. Finally we accepted a love seat that we didn't really want in the beginning but sort of b3n stuck with. Second complaint, you have to watch your bank account, the account manager seems to have a habit of not running the billing correctly, .not once or twice, but over 5 times I've had to call in to have them correct the charges....

Shawn is the representative that helped us. He was totally awesome to work with. He was honest, and knowledgeable about his products. We gave him our budget, and he worked his butt off to find us the best deal. What a wonderful experience. If you go to Shawn, tell him Autumn & Leon sent ya !!

Rarely have I experienced such accommodation, great service, prompt delivery and caring by a retail store. These guys are pros, from the first phone call to the end of the delivery. After 40 years in the service industry, I am impressed!!!!
