Really impressed with this place, I had been shopping for an apartment for a while now and thought my luck was running out but a friend referred me to Abbey Lane & I am glad she did, love this place. The staff is great, seen maintenance in passing and always said hello! So nice to come home to a place that I feel comfortable coming home to. I highly recommend Abbey Lane, sometimes its not all about the apartment but the people too.

I am a new resident to the abbey lane apartment complex. The leasing manager at this complex is unprofessional to her customers. myself as well as bystanders have heard her unprofessional ways of speaking to residents. Her lack of customer service makes it so I would never recommended the community to others. I gave it two stars because the grounds are well maintained, the apartment it self is nice for what you pay and its a great location. In my 11 years of rental history, I have never come across such poor customer service or stated that I would recommended the community. if this could change, then 5 stars all around. I have 11 more months on my lease and I am hoping for a better experience in case I want to extend at the end.

I would love to live at Abbey Lane apartment but they are always full. I got to tour there model unit and it absolutely beautiful. Gated community in beautiful University Place. Apartment is super spacious. On-site staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were still willing to show me there model and keep me on their waiting list. I'm definitely holding out for Abbey Lanes apartments and you should too!!!
