When you can get service, it's friendly, if not terribly knowledgeable. Fairly well stocked store, but Home Depot still seems to have a bit of an edge with selection.

Overall I like the products, however service in collecting orders is problematic, on Saturday we went to pickup 2 vanities that had been ordered earlier in the week, it took the store 45 minutes to find them. Apparently someone had the wonderful idea to move them from the documented location so they had to hunt all over the store to find where they had been stored.

Was super excited when Lowe's was coming to town as I used to frequent their stores in US and loved their service and selection. HUGE disappointment. Don't stock half the stuff needed for a basic small Reno job. They seem more content to sell houseware, appliances, etc. If I can only get 70% of what I need there, I might as well go to Blackwood or home Depot where I can get everything in one trip. Cannot recommend for anyone looking for lumber/Reno products.
