This guy causes trouble constantly. He doesnt pay workers. He increases costs on homeowners unexpectedly and also doesnt finish jobs. There is a big track record on him. Just google his name Scott Dahl. He disappears when people are looking for him and then re appears when he think the heat has died down. People are mad at him from coast to coast. Beware of Scott Dahl
