ABC Daycare

My daughter went here ever since she was year and a half and she loved this place so much. She has complicating heart issues but this place welcomed her with open arms. The owner and the teacher care for kids like family. This place is not a typical daycare where your child is fed and that's about it. My daughter brings home arts and crafts stuff which she gets to make.

Carrie is very great at communicating. Miss. Clara is the sweetest. My children love going to their daycare. They don’t cry when I leave or even want to give me loves. They just run in and they feel at home. I’m happy I found them. They are surely a gift from god.

If I could give zero stars I would do so i took my 3 year old son to this day care are they are extremely unprofessional and disorganized Clara was very rude and completely disengaged with my child I had caught Clara on her phone multiple times when picking my son up before she could jump up and get him out the door shed be on her cell while my son was left to entertain himself she opened the door our first day of his attending she did not introduce herself or greet my child I had to do all the talking they knew a week in advance my son was coming they had no cubby ready for him and the first 5 days of his attending the daycare was horrible he was acting out at home and always hungry, after he had not been shown where the bathroom was his first day which resulted in him wetting himself he never has accidents they allowed my son and another child to fight over toys and didn't stop them or intervene saying my child had put his hands on another when asked where Clara was or what she's was doing she was just allowing them to fight she was in the same room just picking up. They did not give me any information on what day they would be closed in advance or at all I had to find out when dropping my son off they said they weren't open and I still had a scheduled shift they did not care that because of them not telling me they would be closed I wouldn't be able to drop my son off and go to work highly do not recommend this daycare if you want to have peace of mind your child is safe and being taken care of as a single mom this was the worst daycare my sons been to and he was pulled out by the end of his first week along with behaviors that came after he had been there for a week told me all I needed to know.
