Customer service wild and rude ,driver did good job, the 3 stars is for dispatch on the phone . I had bad day and that dispatch makes the situation even worse.

Jacob saved the day when my Silverado 5500 broke down. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and showed up very fast. Seems very passionate about his job and what he does. I’ve had other tows in the past and can say the experience wasn’t pleasant. Not very friendly drivers nor did they care for my vehicles. I would recommend Jacob and ABC towing to anyone who’s in need of a tow!
