Abelite Law Offices is a bad lawyer. The ticket was a 5 over and he couldn't even get it off. He needed to be up front that he actually doesn’t know how to get tickets off.
I have always been an aggressive driver and usually get 10-20 over speeding tickets and use my lawyer Jon Zimmerman of seattle. He gets off every ticket. He is so worth the extra 400 dollars.
This lawyer is not good at his job and isn’t honest that he doesnt actually know how to get tickets of. I Recommend to NOT USE HIM. Instead contact jon zimmerman if you need to get a ticket off for any reason. I literally can testify for Jon that he has gotten off a ticket for me in almost every county from Bellignham to Spokane to Pullman to Vancouver WA. He is the best lawyer hands down. So irritated in myself i was trying to save money by using a lawyer in the same county instead of paying the extra 400 for Jon to travel to the location.
Again this Lawyer is terrible. DO NOT USE HIM he can't do anything for you and its a scam and wastes your money by not only having to pay him for his service but then you have to pay for the ticket and then it goes on your record, and your insurance will go up. All around bad deal and worth paying a lawyer that can get it off.
I've used Mr Abelite's firm on 3 occasions for traffic citations. All with great success. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his firm. They are friendly and efficient.
I recommend him every time I hear an acquaintance in need of a traffic lawyer.
