Called these folks up to give us a hand with our aging hot tub (originally an H2O spas purchase, before we bought the home.) We noticed a leak in the service compartment. They responded promptly with a tech who was able to solve the issue (replaced seal and heavily corroded impeller.) When the tech left, there was no leak. A few days later we noticed another leak in the same area, turned out to be a separate problem, and they were back and only charged us half the service fee. Fingers crossed no more leaks! Very happy with the level of service and we use the hot tub multiple times each week, for going on ten years.

We purchased our hot tub in Sep/20. We felt good when we left the premises. We felt that we'd made the right choice in hot tubs. Move forward to when the hot tub was to be delivered (Feb 1/21). No word from them so I messaged Roger on Jan 8/21 to see what delivery date we could expect. His response on Jan 8/21 was that it would be ready to go on Feb 22/21. He then asked if we needed delivery set up, that he could find out the rates & book for us. Jan 8/21 my response was yes, please set up the delivery. I heard nothing from him until Feb 3/21 when I sent another message requesting confirmation of the delivery date so that I could arrange our electrician to attend & finish the wiring to the tub. Feb 3/21 Roger says that now the pick up date for the hot tub is Feb 12/21 & asks if we need to set up delivery. I had already confirmed on Jan 8/21 that I needed him to set up the delivery, Now, he says that we can't set up a delivery date without a completion date. In the meantime, my electrician has now been told 3 dates & then Roger says not to set him up until I hear from the delivery company. That was the last we heard from Roger. No follow up call to see how the set up or delivery went, or if we needed chemicals, questions etc. Would be buy from H20 again, no, not in a million years. The hot tub it's self is beautiful & we love it so far; but, we feel that the after market sales are greatly lacking & we were left feeling that as soon as we paid the $10,000 plus, we were just dropped & on to the next sale.

Waited 6 months to write a review so I could comment on sales, support and product. I ended up buying a quartet 120v and the sales process was great. No pressure sales from Roger, he provided lots of information about hot tubs, specs and things to look for. After contemplation we returned and purchased our tub. Pick up was easy and install was also smooth. I ran into one hiccup which was the wiring, I text roger and he sent me diagrams to assist. I was soon in business. He gave advice on where to purchase wiring and a chemical kit in order to save money. Overall the process was fantastic.
