Loading...They lost my store pickup order. It has been over a month. Someone at the store signed that they received it, but I never got an email/text saying it was ready to be picked up. Called the store and they said no, we didn't get it. Called general customer service, they said yes, the store did get it. Repeated this twice. Over a month and they still won't refund me.
I like the clothes but the business is friendly but totally incompetent.
