Every location has 1 or 2 stars on Yelp, and corporate is worse. Insane return policies with online purchases. You have to call corporate to demand a refund because they try giving you store credit after an exchange still doesn’t work out. Example: exchanged jeans from a size 23 to 24. The 24 still didn’t fit right, so I was told by an in store employee that once you do an exchange, you can no longer get a refund if the exchange doesn’t work. They gave me a gift card and I had to call corporate and wait several days before they agreed to refund me a whopping $16.15. Just ridiculous.

I called the store and some guy named "Jay" or how ever you spell it was so rude. I called because I went to exchange a shirt I had bought online and I explain to him that it was a exchange and that I didn't see the order on my online account. It's been a couple day already and I don't even know when I will have my order delivered to me. He was so rude that he hung up on me! If this is the customer service they give I sure don't want to go in store and buy anything.

horrible experience, I wanted to try two shirts and just for not asking the workers that I wanted to use the fitting rooms they thought I was going to steal from them ! They knocked on the door TWICE as I was trying on the clothes. like you heard me the first time why knock again the second time! Was that white dude trying to rush me out. Idk but when I got out felt all eyes on me like cmon if I wanted to steal I wouldn’t do it like that.
