Don't know if the previous reviewer and I are talking about the same girl- I had the worst shopping experience today. The Asian girl (not racist, I'm Asian as well) was so mean and rude to me. And when I asked her to find a shorter same size jeans, she never get back to me. And when I finally approached and asked her why, she said she forgot how I look like (hello?) and I have similar look with lots of people (hello again?), and she assumed I was supposed to find her. And then I was so disappointed and wordless, and wanted to pay for my other item, she actually refused to serve me and send me to another desk. How come this kind of staff is still working there? If anyone from A&F is reading this, please at least let her know how terrible she was :(

The cashier, Asian girl was so rude and giving a fake smile, talk so fast and when i'm asking again about the other store seems she's not happy. Well you work in tourist area so you have to put in your mind not all the guest who coming to your store have a good English. The other things, talk fast is very rude you explanning to a customer like you stand in a treatmill.

I was in Seattle last month and bought a bunch of items at this location. I could NOT believe the sales staff and their lack of customer care, I was quite literally appalled.
Could barely get a response when asked for different sizes in change room, rude looks when I did.
I will NEVER shop here again. I am a chronic shopper and I prefer to spend money where people at least make the effort to help or are pleasant.
