Second floor, near JcPenney.
The service varies day to day here at A&F brea, you never know if you'll find a helpful clerk or ones that literally ignores you when you try to flag em down for help.
Sometimes, I feel like they don't really know what customer service is...not everyone is horrible, but there are few that are more interested putting their stock away than to assist you, not good! I understand they hire folks that fit the Abercrombie mold, but can you please lose some of the attitude? You work in a retail store! Once again, it's not everyone that works here, but you can clearly tell who thinks they're too good to help you find your size...just observe.
As for the clothing, it's all American and Classic. You can't deny the traditional fashion here, best place to get your sweats, flannels, and knits. Pricing is up there, but still affordable compare to designer lines.
Overall, my rating goes to customer service here and I've experience better. But I do have to say that they're on top on restocking and making sure every shirt is nicely displayed!
P.S. They only have four cashiers max even on Black Friday and this year's deal was 50% off everything from midnight till 6am. My rating is based on several visits here, so it's not biased towards BF. Happy Shopping!
