This store is the most amazing. I always get helped. And have never ever had a problem with any item or store associate. Everyone is super nice and helpful. And always looking great. I love the smell of the store. And very organized place. Great selection. The manager Alex is amazing. And always helps me when I have questions . I will definitely always come back . I love the attitude the brand gives out and I love how skinny the clothes is. I love this place A & F for life!!!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Really cool store, big and dressing rooms are nice. Employees are some of the rudest I have ever met. 1 girl was nice, the other interactions I had were terrible. I asked a girl nicely and when she wasn’t busy where the dressing rooms were and she nodded her head and said sarcastically, “um right behind you” and turned away. Another girl was just plain rude to me when I asked where the leather pants are. If you are having a social anxiety day, don’t come here or in general. They make you feel bad for asking them questions

Buyer beware: Very rigid return policy, even for new-with-tags unworn merchandise. Brands like this will not survive without showing more regard for and concern for the customer. Shoppers will take our dollars elsewhere! Nordstrom reigns supreme with top offerings and flexible return policy. Learn from them, Abercrombie & Fitch.
